Once you have had all the fun you can handle at Disneyworld and Universal Orlando, why not head of to one of the gorgeous beaches. Clearwater just past Tampa is popular and so is Daytona Beach. The I4 runs from Tampa to Daytona and is situated just 7 mins North of Southern Dunes.

The villas central position is less than 90 mins. from both the Gulf to the west and the Atlantic to the east, each boasting miles of sand.

If you are not a beach lover why not hire an airboat,go horse riding, shop in the cheap designer outlet stores or one of the malls(even men enjoy shopping in Florida),go golfing (Southern Dunes is just one of many top notch golf courses in the area), play tennis, go fishing either on one of Floridas many lakes (Lake Joe is situated on site and is either a nice 5 minute walk from the villa looking around the golf course as you go, or less than 2 minutes by car, or if all this is too much for you just relax by your own private pool taking the occasional dip to cool off.

There is so much to do in the Sunshine State you will find yourself pining for more.

The beauty of Florida is you can do as much or as little as you want the choice is yours but a villa is the perfect base in which to relax whatever type of holiday you choose.
